- Each file contains rules of a single plan
First tab | The first tab will have the plan name. This tab will have the same data that you view in the Rules Dashboard. Refer to this article for more information on the data format |
| Provider Complex | If the plan has any Provider Complex level rules, then the list of Providers and Provider groups of each rule will be displayed in this tab. A plan could have one or more Provider Complex level rules. This tab will show the rule name first followed by the list of Providers/Provider group. |
| Provider Network Exception | If the plan has any Provider Exception rules, then the list of Providers and Provider groups will be displayed in this tab. A plan could have one or more Provider Exception rules. This tab will show the rule name first followed by the list of providers/providers |
The first tab is similar Rules Dashboard in the procella platform
Column G in plan rules is Provider / Prescriber Count. This column represents the number of Providers/Groups in the Provider complex and Provider exception level rules.
As this tab only shows the count, the second and third tab displays the list of Providers and groups of each rule.
In second and third tab, following details are shown for each rules

| Type | Provider Provider Group Based on the data displayed, Provider or Provider will be displayed |
| Name | Provider group name or Provider name based on the time |
| Alias/Group ID | If the type is Provider, then Alias ID will be displayed If the type is Provider group, then Provider Group ID will be displayed |
| Address | Address of the Provider or Provider group |
