Procella Helpdesk- When you are provided with AWS VPN access to access your instance - Platform and/or database. You will receive an email to activate your AWS SSP account
- Once you click on Accept Invitation, you will be requested to set a password.
- Once you log in successfully, you will be on AWS access portal page
- Click on Applications tab
- Click on VPN idp
- Download the VPN Client Configuration file. (This is needed to set the profile). The file look like this.
- Also, Download the AWS Client VPN app for desktop (as needed for your system). Once downloaded, proceed with installation.
- Once the installation is complete, open the AWS VPN Client
- In the AWS VPN client, click on File -> Select Manage Profile option
- Click on the Add profile option
- In the Add profile dialog box, Enter a Display name. Then click on the upload icon to add the VPN configuration file. Choose the file that you downloaded previously.
- Once the profile is added, you can click on connect. Once the authentication is completed, you should be able to access the portal for which you have access.
