Procella HelpdeskIn Data Management, there is a Reconciliation Report that can be generated to get Membership level accumulator totals for a benefit year.

This report can be scheduled to generate daily / weekly / Monthly. When the job runs automatically, the report will be generated for the current benefit year. The totals will be based on the generated date.
Sometimes there may be a need to check the accumulator totals of a particular period range or past benefit year. To generate such ad-hoc reports, run the configure job just like any other jobs.
Select the Run/Extract now option from list screen
- Once Run/Extract Now is clicked, Run/Extract Now pop-up opens.
Choose the Benefit year for which the report needs to be generated.
Once the needed benefit year is selected, Extract Start Date and the end date will automatically be filled.
Extract Start Date - The user can select any of the dates within the selected financial year.
Extract End Date - The user can select any of the dates within the selected financial year and it has to be greater than Extract Start Date
Please note that these dates are Date of Service period range. All the claims with the Date of service of the given range period range will be used and membership level accums totals will be calculated and generated in the Reconciliation report
Note:
- Currently, the system supports the benefit year of Apr to Mar only.
- The system does not allow to selection of date range outside the selected benefit year.
- Does the report generate totals of the termed members as well? The report will have all the members who have/had active coverage within the benefit year.
For eg.,
Member A has active coverage from Apr '23 to Oct'23
Member B has active coverage from 01 Nov'23 to 30 Nov'23"
Member C has active coverage from Apr '23 to Mar '24
All three members will appear in the report for the benefit year Apr '23 to Mar '24.
