Procella Helpdesk- The timezone option is added as an option in the Run Time Settings
- Now when User configures Job Schedules and Job Time, Timezone can be selected as an option
- In the above setting Eastern timezone is selected. This means the job is scheduled to run 00:00 EST and since the schedule run time is Daily, the extract period will be 00:00 EST to 23:59 EST
- If the job is a Load job like Criteria Load, Eligibility Load, Accumulator Load etc - The job will run on based on the selected Timezone and the Schedule Time.
- If the job is Extract Job like Claims Extract , Accumulator Extract, Prior Authorization - The job will run based on the selected Timezone and the Schedule Time. The extract period will depend on the Schedule Run Time (Daily / Weekly / Monthly etc)
- Currently Procella supports the following timezones
- Eastern
- Central
- Pacific
- Mountain
- UTC
Note :
Jobs like Provider Invoice and Client Invoice are automatically created when the Payment group (Financial Manager / Payment Manager) and Client (Financial Manager / Invoice Manager) are activated. Today Procella supports ONLY monthly and Bi-monthly financial cycles. This is setup when the Payment Group / Client is created.
- Currently, Procella does not support job run-time selection. The job runs at 00:00 by default and the default timezone is UTC.
- It is possible to set up a default timezone for an environment. Say the default timezone is set as Eastern - Then these invoice jobs runs at 00:00 EST and the extracted period would be from MM/01/YYYY 00:00 EST to end of Month 23:59 EST (when the financial cycle is Monthly)
